What we build.
New homes are the main focus. We also consider remodels, additions, and selected light-commercial work when the project fits our hands-on approach.

Questions people ask us
Straight answers.
The questions we hear most, answered the way we’d answer them on the phone.
Can you work from plans we already have?
Yes. Bring the drawings and we’ll review them with you, talk through the scope, and work out what it will take to price and build the job.
Do you help with design if we only have an idea?
That’s a normal starting point. Tell us what you want the house to do and we’ll work through the design together.
Do you build barns and barndominiums?
Yes — barns and barndominium-style buildings along with conventional custom homes.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based near Gainesville and build within about an hour’s drive each way — Alachua, Marion, Levy, Gilchrist, and the surrounding counties.
How long does a custom home take?
A custom home can take about six to twelve months to build once permits are in hand, depending on the house, site, and complexity. Design and permitting happen before that construction window. We’ll discuss a project-specific schedule before construction and keep you posted as it moves.
Can we make changes during the build?
Yes. Changes get priced and put in writing before the work happens, so there are no surprise costs.
Do you build on your land or ours?
Yours. And if you’re still choosing a lot, talk to Mark before you buy — the site affects the build more than people expect.
Who will I actually talk to?
Mark. His cell rings the builder, not an office.
